I know exactly what you mean about widgetinitis. It drives me nuts. But I don't think you can hold yourself responsible for what Guy Kawasaki does. (Of course, if this is a subtle hey-look-I-designed-guy's-blog promotion, more power to ya.) One might argue that being an evangelist, Guy Kawasaki has a responsibility to showcase best practices and eschew widgetinitis, no matter what his personal preferences are.
