    Hi!

    I'm having sort of a ... mm... situation? with the bike. If I do more
    than 30 minutes, my (how do I put this) genitals and reproductive
    organ (sounds formal!) get numb, like sleep. I have to stop and walk
    around, the same sensation when a leg sleeps and you feel like a
    million knifes attacking it.

    Its not painful but I got pretty scared the first time. What could that be?

    Most people, after they get hired, all they do is work, eat and sleep. I am a programmer and I sit on my ass all day long at work and have been doing it for three years now.     You are not the only one approaching this problem on working productivity. Even I had this problem and I knot physical training should be a part of our lifestyles. If I were a business owner I would probably consider including daily physical exercises in an employment contract. That would be something nobody tried before and most importantly it may have an impact on work productivity too.
